Q: ClearStream TV won’t stay connected to my WiFi. Should I power cycle my router?


A: If you are experiencing connectivity issues with ClearStream TV, you can try to power cycle your router. To do this, unplug the power adapter from the router for approximately 30 seconds. Then, reconnect the power adapter to the router. The router will take a few minutes to boot up during the reset. Once your router is back online, go back to the "Connect CLEARSTREAM TV" screen under Settings in the ClearStream TV app and follow the on-screen instructions.
